Rhuddlan is a pretty small town which overlooks the River Clwyd but it is the iconic Rhuddlan Castle that dominates the whole town and that is the major draw for holidaymakers.
The town has a long history, including been the site of where Edward I signed the Statue of Rhuddlan, which laid the way the Principality of Wales was to be governed.
