Location
Seawick caravan holiday park is located just a short walk from the seafront near to Jaywick Martello Tower just to the west of always popular seaside town and resort of Clacton-on-Sea in Essex.
The park offers a relaxing location which is great as a holiday base but it does make it a little trickier than many to reach. The park is a few miles drive from St Osyth and around a 20 minute drive from Clacton-on-Sea and the A133 which links to area to Colchester and then onto the M11.
That also, of course, means that for those without access to their own transport it is also difficult to reach although there is a train station in Clacton-on-Sea where long distance coach services also visit but from their it is a 20 minute taxi ride to the park.
Out and About
There is lot’s to do in this part of Essex with the nearby seaside resort of Clacton-on-Sea always popular with holiday-makers. The resort offers a traditional seaside experience including a pier and promenade whilst the history of the area can be seen at the nearby Jaywick Martello Tower.
The historic city of Colchester is well worth visiting as not only can you take in the history at attractions including it’s famous castle but you can enjoy a family day out at one of the countries leading zoo’s. The city also offers a good range of local shops, bars, cafes and restaurant.
