Haven Holidays Quay West Caravan Holiday Park is a fantastic hilltop retreat overlooking the stunning Cardigan Bay in West Wales.
The park offers a relaxed vibe with well over 100 acres of spacious grounds to explore and lots of open spaces to sit and relax with your family whilst taking in the beauty of West Wales.
On site there is a great choice of facilities and activities and a good range of accommodation to suit all budgets.
For those looking to explore the region, the park is well situated near the main A487 which offers links to most towns and cities nearby but for us the biggest highlight of the park is almost constant opportunity of seeing Dolphins swimming out in the bay- what better way to start the day than to wake up, look out of your caravan’s window and see a pod a Dolphins?

Location
Quay West Holiday Park is located just outside of New Quay in Ceredigion, West Wales. Just South of Aberystwyth and North of Cardigan, the park is easily reached via the A487 which goes from Fishguard right up the Welsh coast to Bangor in the North.
Whilst that makes exploring the Welsh coast easy, it does make it difficult for those coming from other parts of the UK with a lack of motorways and intercity/ long distance train services.
Out and About
As mentioned both Aberystwyth and Fishguard are nearby and from the latter you can enjoy a trip across the Irish Sea to Rosslare.
Just the North of Aberystwyth is the iconic Snowdonia National Park which is well worth exploring not only for the views but to take is some incredible nature or why not take one of the most famous train rides in the world up the steep slopes of Yr Wyddfa on the Snowdon Mountain Railway.
New Quay, which the park is named after, is just a short drive away and from this small coastal town you can enjoy boat rides from the harbour (with great Dolphin spotting chances!) or simply take a stroll around the shops and cafes.
Whilst every part of Wales is full of history, with Castles seemingly in every town and city, this part of the country is no exception. Just past Fishguard is St Davids with one of the country’s most famous Castles.
