Lydstep Beach Holiday Village, more commonly known as Lydstep Beach Holiday Park, is a Haven caravan park located near to the town and resort of Tenby in South Wales.
Haven’s Lydstep Beach Holiday Village is different from most other Haven caravan holiday parks. With large parks with rows after row of caravans and long walks to facilities and activities often coming to mind when thinking of a Haven holiday park, Lydstep Beach Holiday Village is a small relaxed park that retains an element of a community about it.
Everything on the park is built around the stunning location and idyllic views out to sea that the park offers from all areas but just because the park is small and relaxed, it doesn’t mean you and your family will be bored.
Yes it’s fair to say that the park doesn’t have the say number of activities and facilities as other Haven parks, there is still lots on offer on Lydstep Beach Holiday Village including direct beach access, an entertainment complex, a swimming pool and a choice of water sports.
The park’s location maybe beautiful and for many holidaymakers it makes it difficult to leave and explore the area but for those days when you want a change, the seaside town and resort of Tenby is under 10 minutes away by car or you can visit Pembroke and maybe even take a ferry ride to the Republic of Ireland.

Here you will find some seaside gift shops, small tearooms and cafes and all that you would expect from a small seaside resort.
Throughout the season there are a choice of boat rides available from either the beach itself or from the towns harbour with boats rides out to and around the small Ynys Byr island offering the chance to see local population of sea birds and seals.
Pembroke offer a decent choice of shops, bars and cafes as well as many historic sites including Pembroke Castle whilst there are daily ferry services across the Irish Sea to the Republic of Ireland.
Further North along the coast are Milford Haven and St Davids, with the latter well worth of visit for it’s iconic Castle. Fishguard is further a field with more ferry services to Ireland or why not head East and to the city of Swansea which has seen great improvements over the last decade or so.
Even further East but well worth the effort of a long drive is the Welsh capital of Cardiff, full of history and culture and offering great shopping, bars, cafes and restaurant, Cardiff is one of the UK greatest cities.
